Store Refund Policy
Original receipts must accompany returns/exchanges and must be done within 30 days from the purchase date.

Any item that has been opened, shows signs of wear or is damaged.
Amounts over $50.00 will be issued a company check that will be mailed to you.
Store credit shall be issued for any balances resulting from gift cards or certificates, scrip and cash amounts over $5.00.

Lamination does not qualify for refund or exchange. All lamination us performed at customers risk by a CM School Supply Associate.
CM School Supply will hold a product(s) at the customer’s request, for up to one week.
Balance must reach $20.00 before being redeemed.
Exchanges or returns may only be made after the check has cleared after 7 business days.
We do not accept out state checks. In accordance with the District Attorney, we require that your check is imprinted with your current name and address no P.O. boxes shall be accepted. We will require your telephone number, current work telephone number, school site and district. We also require your year of birth and expiration date, taken from the California Drivers License or California ID you provide us. The ID numbers are recorded as well, in Accordance with the California District Attorney’s Office we also collect a return check fee for any check returned to us by your bank. Amount varies by county.
